A lazy sunday afternoon...

As I sit here in our living room watching the Colts (my 2nd fav NFL team) so far losing to the Eagles in the 2nd quarter (really Peyton, the Eagles?), I will share the first of many foods to be shared here, a new found snack that a friend introduced to me a few weeks ago.  "Amy's" brand organic spinach rolls.  I call them the healthy version of Totino's pizza rolls, which we all know are addictive and great while watching football, but not exactly the best things for our bodies.  But Amy's Spinach Rolls are really yummy.  If you care to try them, they are found in the organic section at Kroger and are comparable in price to pizza rolls.
